Halloween
Halloween is an old Celtic holiday coming
from the Celts of Ireland. It is a holiday where people and especially children
wear scary masks and costumes. Children go from house to house to “trick and
treat”: People at the door should give them candies and sweets or they will be
tricked. People also carve pumpkins and decorate their houses with ghosts,
vampires and spider webs. Halloween is celebrated every year on the last day of
October.
